The architect plays a pivotal role in steering the direction of complex projects and ensuring seamless execution across different domains.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Experience in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.

Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
