Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Informix & Red Brick.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience with database management and performance tuning.
• Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of failures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
