 Job Summary:5–7 years in Java application/production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLAs.
• Perform log analysis and root cause identification.
• Monitor application performance and system health.
• Coordinate with development teams for fixes and deployments.

Technical Skills:

• Java, Spring/Spring Boot
• Application servers (Tomcat/JBoss)
• SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Linux/Unix commands
• Log/monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)

Core Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability
• Good communication and ownership
