Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of business processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
