Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize performance through innovative approaches.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives and priorities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure related to SAP environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in enterprise software systems.
• Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning effectively.
• Familiarity with database management and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.
• Skilled in monitoring tools and automation techniques to enhance system support capabilities.
