Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

Continuously improve support processes to increase team productivity and service quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PySpark.

Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.

Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.

Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in data processing environments.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PySpark.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
