Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software components.

Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Proficiency in NEXThink.

Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of software issues and implement effective solutions.

Experience with monitoring and managing enterprise-level software environments.

Ability to work with various diagnostic tools to track and resolve system anomalies.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in NEXThink.

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
