About this role
- Support onboarding of API consumers and applications onto the platform.
- Assist with Microsoft Entra ID application registration and OAuth/OIDC client setup.
- Support API access provisioning, subscription management, and onboarding validation testing.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorisation, token, certificate, and access-related issues.
- Provide technical support to API consumers and service providers during onboarding and production cutovers.
- Provide operational support for Kong Gateway and Kong Konnect environments.
- Monitor and maintain Kong Control Plane and Data Plane health, availability, and performance.
- Investigate and resolve API gateway incidents, routing issues, plugin failures, and platform alerts.
- Support Kong configuration deployments and validation using DeCK.
- Execute Kong image upgrades, platform patching, version upgrades, and operational maintenance activities.
