As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of business applications. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring that the business operations remain uninterrupted and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
• Experience with database management and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with operating systems and network configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
