Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration.

Strong knowledge of network monitoring and management tools related to Solarwinds.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise IT environments.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.

Familiarity with configuration management and automation within monitoring platforms.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
