Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability.

Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Certified in Resolute Hospital Billing Administration

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to resolve technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to stakeholders.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Epic Systems.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
