Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within business systems.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning components related to financial and management accounting.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of software modules.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain high availability of applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
