The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.

Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting environments.

Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to work with various business modules and understand their interdependencies in SAP S/4HANA.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.

Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

This position is based at our Pune office.
