Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.

Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.

Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software support and troubleshooting.

Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with software lifecycle and change management practices.

Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
