Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of application issues.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.

Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.

Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and multi-component architectures.

Ability to analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of issues.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support processes.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
