Application Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for business-critical ERP, POS, Retail, CRM, and other applications.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot functional, technical, and user issues.
• Handle billing, inventory, pricing, master-data, transaction, and synchronization issues.
• Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API, REST, JSON, XML, and application integration issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA compliance through ITSM tools.
• Support UAT, application upgrades, patches, releases, and production deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and application enhancements.
• Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, application documentation, and support reports.
• Provide application guidance and support to business, finance, sales, warehouse, supply chain, and store teams.
