As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime through thorough analysis and timely intervention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP Dataflow.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and pipeline orchestration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and real-time data processing environments.
• Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting systems to maintain operational health.
• Knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud platforms.
