Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of system monitoring and alerting processes to enhance reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to application support.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
