The professional collaborates closely with different teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability, while continuously adapting to evolving technical environments and business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on incident management and resolution strategies.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
• Experience with distributed data processing and handling large-scale datasets using PySpark.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system behaviors and troubleshoot effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and integration of PySpark applications within these platforms.
• Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource efficiency.
• Knowledge of data pipeline architectures and real-time data processing concepts.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PySpark.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
