As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to maintain optimal system performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on resolving common issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems within business-critical systems.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based application environments.
• Ability to work with various system components and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
