Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate incident management activities to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.

Strong analytical skills to interpret system alerts and logs effectively.

Experience in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues within enterprise environments.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for critical business applications.

Excellent communication skills to document incidents and collaborate with stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
