Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of system monitoring and alerting processes to enhance reliability.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.

Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to application support.

Experience with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.

Ability to work with monitoring tools and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Familiarity with cloud environments and their impact on application performance and availability.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
