As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system challenges and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems with a focus on warehouse management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
