Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.
• Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, query optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to monitor database health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine database tasks.
