Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and improvements.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with MATLAB.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining application performance and reliability.
• Ability to work with logs, debugging tools, and diagnostic utilities to identify root causes.
