The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business operations effectively, while adapting to evolving technical environments and challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and streamline support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues.
