The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain service reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.

Strong understanding of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.

Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed applications running on cloud platforms.

Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline deployment and support tasks.

Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes of issues.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.

This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
