Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.

Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database connectivity and query performance issues.

Familiarity with database security best practices and user access management.

Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine database tasks.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
