This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex database issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for database systems.
• Ability to analyze system logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of problems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
