- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a live environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Analytics.
