Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MATLAB.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining application performance and reliability.
- Ability to work with logs, debugging tools, and diagnostic utilities to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
