Application Support Engineer

• Supporting incident resolution and production troubleshooting.
• Using AI assistant tools to help troubleshoot issues and identify fixes.

Preferred Experience

• DevOps or production support experience
• AWS Cloud engineering experience
• Backend development or cloud-based services support
• Application support and incident management
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, or Go
• Ability to read and understand existing application code
