As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.



Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application enhancements and fixes.
- Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to improve future support efforts.



Professional Technical Skills::

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
