Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the development and implementation of system improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with database security management and user access controls.
• Ability to monitor and optimize database performance to meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with database patching, upgrades, and migration processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting database-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
