Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in resolving technical challenges.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or failures.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Experience in automating tests and validating application functionality using Playwright.
• Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business systems.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to efficiently identify root causes of problems.
