Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues within distributed systems.
• Familiarity with query languages and performance tuning in graph databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neo4j.
