Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where challenges are met with innovative solutions to support critical business functions effectively.

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives and priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise software environments.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP MDG and other enterprise applications.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
