The position demands continuous engagement with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
