This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
