Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within complex software environments.
• Familiarity with integration of Selenium with various testing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
