This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, collaborating with different teams to understand system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to swiftly address and resolve challenges that impact business continuity and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service, Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Strong understanding of Linux system architecture and command-line tools.
• Experience in monitoring and managing system performance and security.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to operating system and application interactions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
• This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
