Application Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using tools like Apache Tomcat, ServiceNow, JIRA, SQL Server Management Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating system administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using various diagnostic tools such as ServiceNow's ITSM platform.
