Application Support Engineer L2

Experience: 36 years
Job Type: Full-time

• 3+ years of experience in application/production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with application monitoring and log-analysis tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and system integrations.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, change management, and SLA management.
• Familiarity with deployment and version-control processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Tools
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Basic scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
