As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, monitoring for potential disruptions, and swiftly addressing any challenges to maintain system reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and implement effective solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques specific to SAP Treasury and Risk Management modules.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
