About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and SQL.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions on Windows Linux, Oracle, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic platforms.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for various operating systems (Windows OS) and databases (SQL).
- Experience working with different technologies including Apache Tomcat, WebLogic.
