Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operational workflows. The position demands continuous monitoring and collaboration with different teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of critical applications, contributing to the overall success of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Ability to work with system logs and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with SAP EWM modules.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
