The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for ongoing support. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
