Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.

Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.

Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in complex software environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes effectively.

Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interactions.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
