Application Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, SQL databases, and other software applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques for resolving complex technical issues.
