- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to file transfer systems and protocols.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure system reliability.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security considerations relevant to managed file transfer environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
